To be eligible for a Gift card you must:

  • You must have ordered TV at www.vouchers.bt.com/offer/tv to be eligible for this offer. You must not currently have BT TV to be eligible.

  • To make a claim you will need the following information:

    • Your full name

    • Either your BT confirmation number or your order reference number, which starts with 'VOL01' and is followed by 12 numbers. You can find these on your order confirmation emails

    • The postcode which your BT TV is being installed. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR GIFT CARD WILL BE POSTED TO THIS ADDRESS.

    • An email address for us to confirm your claim

  • Please leave 5 days after your TV service is live before you claim your gift card. Once we have received your claim your order status will be checked to ensure that your new TV service has been installed. If your service is active we will then process your claim and send a Gift voucher to the installation address of where your TV has been activated. It'll take a minimum of 21 and up to 60 days to receive your Gift card from the date of your broadband installation. Please do not chase your Gift card before the 60 days has elapsed.

Where can I find my order reference number(s)?

Once you've ordered a package on BT.com, you should receive two order confirmation emails. The email titled "Your BT.com order confirmation" will contain your BT.com order reference which is 12 characters long and will be a mix of letters and numbers. The email titled "Your BT order confirmation" will contain your order reference number which starts with 'VOL01' and is followed by 12 numbers.

We recommend that you copy and paste either of these reference numbers directly from your emails to avoid typing it incorrectly into the fields.

Can I claim if I haven’t ordered via www.vouchers.bt.com/offer/tv?

No, you can only claim a Gift Card if you've ordered a package on www.vouchers.bt.com/offer/tv

Where can I spend my Gift Card?

The Gift card may only be used towards Naked Wine purchases. It may not be used in conjunction with an other offer. Only new Naked Wines customers are eligible. Terms and conditions apply.

Where will my Gift Card be sent?

We'll send your Gift Card to the address where your TV service has been installed within 60 working days once the TV service has been installed and the claim has been received.

Line rental - You can pay for your line rental either by direct debit for £15.99 a month or £47.97 a quarter (Standard Line Rental) or by paying £141 by credit/debit card for 12 monthly payments in advance (Line Rental Saver) which is equivalent to £11.75 a month. You'll need to pay any additional call charges by Direct Debit. You'll receive e-billing. Connection charges may apply for new connections and there’s  a 12 month minimum term. You can change your mind about paying early and cancel Line Rental Saver within seven working days of your order and you will get a full refund but you won't get a refund if you cancel after that. Unlimited Anytime Calls – Add-on £7 a month plus BT line rental – see standard line rental note for prices, when signing up to a 1 month minimum term. Landline calls to UK mobiles will be charged at 6 pence per minute, you'll pay a 15p set up fee for every mobile call you make. You'll need to pay by Direct Debit. Terms apply.

*Unlimited UK calls – Your calling plan will include Unlimited Weekend (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday), Unlimited Evening & Weekend (7pm to 7am Mon-Fri and all weekend) or Unlimited Anytime calls. This means calls of up to an hour to numbers beginning 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 after which charges apply. You can hang up and redial before the end to avoid charges. BT Home Hub 4 – is included with all BT Broadband packages (except if you have already been provided with a Home Hub or Router) and a £6.95 delivery charge applies. If you stop your service in the first year we'll charge you £55 towards the cost of the BT Home Hub.

BT Home Hub 5 – is included with all BT Infinity packages (except if you have already been provided with a Home Hub or Router) and a £6.95 delivery charge applies. If you stop your service in the first year we'll charge you £65 towards the cost of the BT Home Hub.

BT Broadband speeds – BT offers maximum download speeds of up to 16Mb in high speed areas, based on the technology available. You can get up to 16 Mb speeds in around 80% of the UK. Other factors affecting speed include distance from the exchange, internal home wiring and time of day. We'll always offer the best available speed on your line.

BT Infinity speeds – referred to are download speeds; speeds affected by various factors including distance from the cabinet, time of day and internal home wiring. If your line won't support our top speed, we'll offer the best speed available. We'll always offer the best available speed on your line.

Online billing – When you order a broadband package you will get all your bills online (paper-free billing). We'll send you an email when your bill is ready to view at bt.com/mybt.
