Claim your Domino's Voucher

Follow the steps below to claim your voucher:



To be eligible for a Domino's voucher you must:

  • You must have ordered a BT broadband package, with or without TV at www.vouchers.bt.com/offer/dominos

    You must not currently have BT broadband to be eligible for this offer.

  • To make a claim you will need the following information:

    • Your full name

    • Either your BT confirmation number or your order reference number, which starts with 'VOL01' and is followed by 12 numbers. You can find these on your order confirmation emails

    • The postcode which your BT Broadband is being installed. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR VOUCHER WILL BE POSTED TO THIS ADDRESS.

    • An email address for us to confirm your claim

  • Please leave 5 days after your broadband is installed before you claim your voucher. Once we have received your claim your order status will be checked to ensure that your new broadband service has been installed. If your service is active we will then process your claim and send a Domino's voucher to the installation address of where your broadband has been activated. It'll take a minimum of 21 and up to 60 days to receive your voucher from the date of your broadband installation. Please do not chase your voucher before the 60 days has elapsed.

Please make sure that your broadband has been installed for at least 5 days before claiming your Domino's voucher. Please note that the voucher will be sent to the broadband installation address and it'll take a minimum of 21 and up to 60 days to receive your voucher from the date of your broadband installation.

Am I eligible for a Domino's voucher?

To be eligible for a Domino's voucher:

  • You must have ordered a BT broadband package, with or without TV at www.vouchers.bt.com/offer/dominos

Where can I find my order reference number(s)?

Once you've ordered a package on BT.com, you should receive two order confirmation emails. The email titled "Your BT.com order confirmation" will contain your BT.com order reference which is 12 characters long and will be a mix of letters and numbers. The email titled "Your BT order confirmation" will contain your order reference number which starts with 'VOL01' and is followed by 12 numbers.

We recommend that you copy and paste either of these reference numbers directly from your emails to avoid typing it incorrectly into the fields.

Can I claim if I haven’t ordered via www.vouchers.bt.com/offer/dominos?

No, you can only claim a Domino's voucher if you've ordered a package on www.vouchers.bt.com/offer/dominos

Where can I spend my Domino's voucher?

You can use your Domino’s vouchers in UK Domino’s stores. They cannot be used online.

Where will my Domino's voucher be sent?

We'll send your Domino's voucher to the address where your broadband has been installed within 60 working days once the broadband has been installed and the claim has been received.

Your BT order reference number

Please refer back to the email you received after placing your order on BT.com titled 'Your BT order confirmation'. This email will contain an order reference number which starts with 'VOL011-' and is followed by 11 numbers. Copy and paste your VOL011 order reference number directly from your email to avoid typing it incorrectly into the field.
