Claim your BT Shop Voucher
Follow the steps below to claim your voucher:
To be eligible for a BT Shop voucher you must:
You must have ordered a BT broadband package, with or without TV at www.vouchers.bt.com/offer/btshop
You must not currently have BT broadband to be eligible for this offer.
To make a claim you will need the following information:
Your full name
Either your BT confirmation number or your order reference number, which starts with 'VOL01' and is followed by 12 numbers. You can find these on your order confirmation emails
The postcode which your BT Broadband is being installed. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR VOUCHER WILL BE POSTED TO THIS ADDRESS.
An email address for us to confirm your claim
Please leave 5 days after your broadband is installed before you claim your voucher. Once we have received your claim your order status will be checked to ensure that your new broadband service has been installed. If your service is active we will then process your claim and send a BT Shop voucher to the installation address of where your broadband has been activated. It'll take a minimum of 21 and up to 60 days to receive your voucher from the date of your broadband installation. Please do not chase your voucher before the 60 days has elapsed.
